Mindful Labz began because we couldn’t find a pre-workout that fit our standards: holistic, honestly dosed, and not reliant on stimulants with nothing else to boast. So we decided to make our own. What began as one brother’s simple homemade mix quickly evolved into a full manufactured formula, built on the best research available.

Today, we’re proud to share Anchor - a pre-workout we’d actually take ourselves, and the one we wish we’d had from the start.

Our first order of business is to show that a pre-workout like Anchor can deliver, with zero stimulants and without breaking the bank. Feel free to tag along on our journey of embracing that consistency drives progress, not short-lived bursts or temporary hype.

First and foremost, we aim to offer Anchor in Australia for as long as we exist. There’s nothing worse than finding out your favourite product has been discontinued, and we plan never to deliver that disappointment to our customers.

Provided enough customers enjoy our products and support our business, we’d love to offer a caffeine-inclusive version of Anchor next for those who want it. And of course, we’d love to offer more flavours too!
